Nicki is an Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management global expert. As a consultant and trainer, she helps companies establish EVM systems and enhance their existing practices. Nicki specializes in risk analysis as a consultant, workshop instructor, conference lecturer, and researcher that works with international companies and leading risk management experts.

Nicki holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and a master of business administration degree from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. She also holds a master of arts degree in international relations and affairs from Tel Aviv University.
