With many years working as an IT project manager and well over 20 years in the training industry, Jean is an experienced professional with a proven track record in all phases of technical training. She currently holds over 15 professional training certifications in both project management and IT and has spent decades teaching professionals how to work more efficiently.

Jean is a Project Management Professional (PMP)^®, PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) ^®, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)^®, Certified Scrum Master^® (CSM), and holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems. She also teaches certification courses for Novell, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, and EC-Council. Jean currently resides in Phoenix and is an active member of the PMI Phoenix Chapter.
