Evaluation criteria of final recording:
- Post course assessment will be administered to assess mastery of concepts and skills learned during the course
- The assessment will be administered in short question response format
- The video will be review on several factors, including: clarity and accuracy of content, teaching methods and engagement strategies, communication skills, ability to answer questions and manage the classroom, incorporation of feedback from previous practice sessions
- To achieve the RMC Certified Trainer™ status, participant must attend all sessions and actively engage in the learning process
