What to expect?

  • Students will participate in a pre-course assessment to gauge participant understanding of PMP® concepts
  • An in-depth exploration of communication skills, and basic adult learning principles
  • To become a RMC Certified Trainer™, participants will need to attend all sessions and actively participate
  • It also includes successfully deliver teaching presentations, including a final recording of one section of the curriculum
  • (Which will be submitted for evaluation and feedback)

Evaluation criteria of final recording:

  • A post-course assessment will be administered to assess mastery of concepts and skills learned during the course
  • The assessment will be administered in short question response format
  • The video will be reviewed on several factors, including: clarity and accuracy of content, teaching methods and engagement strategies, communication skills, ability to answer questions and manage the classroom, incorporation of feedback from previous practice sessions

Certification will be awarded based on the establish criteria, but our supportive environment is designed to help every participant succeed.
