Jill has more than 30 years of IT program and project management experience, as well as many years of professional instructing experience. She has consulted and managed operations in a variety of large, complex strategic initiatives and successfully led combined program and project portfolios totaling more than $1 billion USD.

With decades of high-profile, highly relevant project experience, and excellent instructor ratings, Jill has trained, coached, mentored and managed hundreds, if not thousands, of project professionals and business analysts around the world. Jill is a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Scrum Master® (CSM), and a Professional Scrum Master® (PSM). In addition to RMC courses, she has taught courses in leadership, communication, managing offshore projects, business analysis & design, and use case development.
